Anaya Hair and Beauty is an mobile hairdressing as well as a beauty online booking platform that takes the saloon to you. To ensure you get the best of our service, please endeavour to read through these terms and conditions thoroughly to avoid any disappointment in the future. This terms and conditions is binding to everyone we do business with, including our customers and online visitors.

Booking Terms

All customers are required to abide by these terms:

  • Bookings must be made at least 72hrs prior to the appointment.
  • Rescheduling must be made at least 48hrs to keep the customers appt on the system to the desired date.
  • Cancellations must not be made on the day of the appointment booked as the booking fee will not be refunded. If you cancel on the day you loose your booking fee for wasting the hairdressers time and plan which will be paid to them.
  • Any cancellation must be done at least 48 hrs to your appt or better just move it to a further date.
  • Stylist travel fare must be added when booking.

Our system is fully supported and protected by Acuity making your payment info safe. Payments: Stripe (All major cards are accepted), PayPal. We cover all over London, Luton, Basildon, Wickford, Hornchurch, Kingston, Fulham, Kent areas, Reading, Croydon, Wimbledon, Bromley areas, Woolwich and other areas pending…

Further areas outside zone 6, the travel fare will be negotiated with the hairdressers accordingly.
